Australia’s favourite sport compact drag racing event has teamed up with Australia’s favourite modified 4-cylinder performance publication, Hot4s Magazine, to add an exciting new dimension to the Fabre Australia Miss Jamboree Babe and Bikini competitions and a collective prize pool of over $4,000!

The Fabre Australia Babe and Bikini competitions at Jamboree have easily been one of the star attractions at the event for many years; however in 2013 the winner won’t just be taking home a cool cash prize and the adoration of the enthusiastic crowd. No, in 2013 they’ll also have won their shot at a cover shoot for Hot4s Magazine, and the chance to kick-start their career as a Hot4s cover model.

“It’s exciting to be able to offer one of these girls a once-in-a-lifetime chance to shoot with a magazine like Hot4s,” explained Jamboree promoter Ray Box. “The association between Hot4s and Jamboree is an obvious one as we both pride ourselves on performance in this particular area of the modified car scene, and we know that by offering girls this chance that the Fabre Australia Babe and Bikini Comps in 2013 are sure to be the biggest the event has ever seen!”

With 13 issues a year, a spot on the cover of Hot4s Magazine is an achievement that any up and coming model would proudly add to their portfolio, and instantly shoots them to national, if not international fame, with many of Australia’s most marketable babes having their start with a shoot for Hot4s.

“We’ve got an array of other great prizes,” adds Ray Box, “including a secondary shoot for fashion label Dress the Bones, and vouchers to spend online with them too.”

“Obviously being a family-friendly event there are strict rules for the girl’s conduct on stage, and if they’re going to go on and represent Jamboree and take their career seriously with a magazine like Hot4s then we take the opportunity to remind them that the Babe and Bikini comps, whilst fun, are serious business,” adds Ray Box.

Two Fabre Australia Babes On Stage comps will be run over the weekend, the Babe Comp’ on Saturday and the Bikini Comp’ on Sunday. The prize breakdown for the competitions is as follows:

Dress the Bones is an exciting, new Australian fashion label. Their garments are incredibly unique and vibrant, and very current and classy and we think they’re a perfect fit for the event, so we’re excited to have such a talented, young Australian designer associated with the Fabre Australia Babes On Stage Comps’,” Ray Box goes on to explain.
