HALTECH POWERING THE QUICKEST

Haltech is well known as one of the world leaders in aftermarket engine management systems. Their dedication and support in the Sport Compact industry is second to none.

That dedication has now been rewarded, with Haltech Engine Management Systems powering the Quickest & Fastest Sport Compact vehicles in the World.

The Haltech sponsored Gas Motorsport, 2JZ powered Toyota Celica, relies on a Haltech Platinum Sport 2000 ECU, to develop and manage the 2000 plus horsepower, from the 3.2Ltr, 6 cylinder engine. At recent testing prior to the Brisbane Jamboree, the Gas Celica driven by "Smoken" Joe Signorelli become the Quickest Sport Compact vehicle in the World, with an amazing 6.384 second pass at 223.32mph / 359.40kph. Signorelli is looking forward to Jamboree 2.0, and is confident of going even quicker on Oct 1/2 at Willowbank Raceway.

Most motorsport in the world is dominated by piston powered vehicles, that's not the case with Sport Compact drag racing. Mazda Rotary powered vehicles, are one of the most popular power plants, in the Sport Compact drag racing scene.

Ever since switching to the Haltech Platinum Sport 2000 ECU, the Haltech sponsored Pac Performance team have been breaking record after record. Their Mazda 6 holds the World record for the Quickest Rotary with 6.589 seconds at 208.65mph / 335.78kph, while their Mazda MX6 is the 2nd Quickest with a 6.623 seconds at 208.20mph / 335.07kph. Their all conquering Mazda MX6, will be the weapon of choice for the Brisbane Jamboree come Oct 1 & 2. Team principle Rocky Rehayem openly stating that we haven't seen the fastest times from the MX6 yet, the eye of the Rotary fans from around the world, will be on Willowbank Raceway to see if the Pac boys can life the bar even further.
