Date: 20/09/12
THE HOME OF AUTOMOTIVE ENTHUSIASTS, TUNERS AND SPEED-FANATICS:
Set to take the trillion-dollar automotive aftermarket world by storm.
The new social network/online marketplace for the trillion-dollar automotive aftermarket industry is announcing the private (alpha) launch of its new and improved website which boasts a growing participation of industry players at all levels and a growing library of parts and services. The company also intends to expand the website into the US-market – concentrating on the 10 biggest states, whilst making the services available worldwide.
The recently launched iMODIFY R34 project car will be on display at the Jamboree event – transported from Sydney and fresh from the front-cover shoot session earlier in the month by Hot4s Magazine.
“The biggest, boldest collaboration seen in the Hot4s scene yet results in an R34 that has the impact of an iPhone launch” – Hot4s Magazine
Around the website’s core library, the site provides features which are desperately needed by motoring enthusiasts and tuners around the world. Simple social community platform, coupled with the unique eCommerce system connect enthusiasts and the suppliers by their interests, as well as car and modification types – for social and commercial networking.
iMODIFY.com.au has a database of industry professionals, suppliers and distributors. In fact, there are over 100,000 listings, with over 61,000 in the performance category alone. This is all part of a four-billion-dollar Australian industry that gets little or no love in the mainstream media.
“We're all about personalised cars that look good, sound good and go good – but with applied knowledge in safety and legal guidelines” said iMODIFY’s spokesperson. “iMODIFY is designed by enthusiasts for enthusiasts. We have developed an intelligent technology which helps enthusiasts manage/build their vehicles and access useful buying options and expert advice not previously possible. We aim to create a unique user experience by building the largest interactive database of all things automotive aftermarket on the web. We're extremely proud of the improved product because it serves as the new foundation in which great things will be built on top of. It now caters for all types of cars, modification styles, products categories – and the new look certainly appeals for all age groups all over the world so we know this is the platform enthusiasts everywhere have been waiting for.”
iMODIFY’s new website is free to use and due to be launched closer to end of year. You are invited to test the site before it’s public launch by going to www.imodify.com.au
